The 21st century is a roller coaster of creeping low-intensity crises and seemingly sudden environmental, economic and social disasters. In a maze of twists and turns, the most outrageous concentration of wealth ever seen coexists happily with colorful gadgets that stimulate us as if there were no tomorrow. Precisely, will there be a tomorrow? The Blockchain Chicken Factory is an exercise in imagination about the planet we live on, understood as a great calculating machine, a multiplayer intelligence driven by chemical, cultural, technological and geopolitical forces.
