In 2023 I was commissioned a report by the Office of Innovation and Visual Arts of the Institut de Cultura de Barcelona (ICUB), culture department of Barcelona's City Council. In this operative document I explained why the narrative about art, technology and society should be partly redefined and suggested a few possible interventions in support of, among other things, cultural prototypes and scalable cooperation among existing agents.
